Alison Harvey was delighted to facilitate the first session of The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society 25-26 Rural Leadership programme, held in North Wales last week 
The programme is designed to inspire these individuals to be the future leaders of rural Wales, and throughout this year-long programme, they will:
Develop self-awareness & explore different leadership styles
Build valuable connections with industry leaders
Enhance communication & media skills
Visit key institutions 
Participate in specialised workshops & sessions
Attend various events
