Rural Advisor are delighted to be organising the ‘Ready for Change’ workshop on behalf of The Prince’s Countryside Fund, supported by McDonalds.
This FREE workshop will be delivered by Alice Lampard. Alice has background in construction, beef & sheep farming, mediation and coaching psychology.
The interactive workshop will look at:-
• An exploration of the impacts of change on a business and the people within it, and how to manage the process of change effectively.
• To look at what motivates people and stakeholders to resist, embrace and drive change,
• To set goals for your farm business in the short, medium and long term.
