Rural Advisor have successfully secured planning permission for an attractive oak frame annex, adjacent to the picturesque Garway Hill. The annex has been sensitively designed by local architect Owen Toms and will be sited on the footprint of an old poultry building which was destroyed during one of 2022’s storms.
The annex will become additional holiday accommodation for our clients, providing their existing holiday cottage an added selling point by offering high end, self-contained accommodation for larger family or multi-generational holidays. Perfect for taking the grandparents or older teenagers along too!
The application was stress free, start to finish, and was even decided within the statutory time scale by Herefordshire Council, which is a sure sign the planning delays are finally improving!
