Laura joined Rural Advisor in 2023 as a Rural Chartered Surveyor and works full time. She graduated from Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams in 2021. She later became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2022 and became a RICS chartered surveyor in 2023. Laura is also a RICS Registered Valuer.

Laura can assist with a range of matters including:-

• Valuations (e.g. for tax purposes)
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Sales and lettings of agricultural property and land
• Utility compensation claims
• Grant and scheme applications

Laura is a dairy farmer’s daughter from Ceredigion and has her own flock of sheep. She is also an active member of Llangwyryrfon Young Farmers Club.
